Who we are

Jadran is a Croatian ferry guide app and website operated by Tomislav Blasic ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use jadrandalmatia.com or the Jadran iOS app, and how we use it.

Data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

  • Contact forms — if you submit the "Missing a route?" form or the "List your business" form, we store your email address and the information you provide. This is processed by Netlify Forms.
  • Payments — listing payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Analytics — we may use privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking) to understand how the website is used in aggregate.
  • Map data — Mapbox powers the interactive map. Mapbox may collect usage data subject to their own privacy policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

This website does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services (Mapbox, Stripe) may set cookies as described in their own policies.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were submitted (e.g. reviewing a listing application or responding to a route suggestion). You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at appsandwebsite@pm.me.

By using jadrandalmatia.com or the Jadran iOS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Jadran provides an interactive guide to Croatian ferry routes, island information, and local business listings. The service is provided for informational purposes. Always verify ferry schedules and times directly with the operator (Jadrolinija, Krilo, or TP Line) before travelling — timetables change seasonally and at short notice.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep route, timetable, and listing information accurate, but we make no warranty as to its completeness or timeliness. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information displayed in the app or on this website.

Business listings

Businesses that pay to be listed on the Jadran map agree that:

  • All submitted information is accurate and they have the right to use any images or content provided.
  • Listings are subject to review and may be declined or removed at our discretion if they violate these terms or are misleading.
  • The €200 listing fee covers a single summer season (1 June – 30 September 2026). Fees are non-refundable once a listing is live.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future seasons.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in the Jadran app — including design, copy, and data — is owned by Tomislav Blasic unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
